This hotel is in rough shape. Carpets are dirty everywhere. Shower in my room did not even have a shower curtain. People drinking and yelling in adjacent room. I'm surprised Ramada does not hold this place to a higher standard. Avoid.

If we know of these incidents we can usually control it. I have found out what had happened that night and it is very unfortunate that you had to be near that room.We have been asking for companies and contractors, regarding the carpets, to quote and give us their availability. This appears to be a long process.We also apologize about the housekeeper forgetting to put your shower curtain back after taking it to laundry to have it cleaned.We hope that you will have better experiences where ever you travel in the future.

Generally a good stay. Room was dated and needs some upgrades but it was clean and acceptable. The breakfast was well done.

The room smelled of smoke which i am allergic to. Did not notice it st first, then came bsck from dinnet snd the smoke smell was there

Check in was easy and efficient. Staff friendly and professional. Room was okay; clean, good amenities, bathroom had a bath and soap bars. Pub restaurant was very good and server super friendly. Hotel with in a short distance to downtown area. Parking was right outside hotel.
Would come back!

The rooms have outdated, stained, layers of dirt on the carpets- I didnt even let kids take shoes off unless in bed. Smoking in the building is or seems to be allowed as it is smelled throughout. The staff was the best part of this stay, very kind.

We had an issue with our original room but the receptionist did a great service to find a even better one right away with no extra charge for the upgrade.
Also, the breakfast personnel service were extremely friendly and warmly. Congratulations to Williams Lake Ramada's team.

After we checked in were told elevator was out of service and we had 6 flights to climb with all our luggage, vending machine was empty so had to go back down to lobby for any beverage...room next to us had a very noisy child, but front desk did ask them to keep it down which was appreciated, the overall hotel was out dated and not super clean but the price was reasonable
