Check in was easy and efficient. Staff friendly and professional. Room was okay; clean, good amenities, bathroom had a bath and soap bars. Pub restaurant was very good and server super friendly. Hotel with in a short distance to downtown area. Parking was right outside hotel.

Would come back!

The rooms have outdated, stained, layers of dirt on the carpets- I didnt even let kids take shoes off unless in bed. Smoking in the building is or seems to be allowed as it is smelled throughout. The staff was the best part of this stay, very kind.

We had an issue with our original room but the receptionist did a great service to find a even better one right away with no extra charge for the upgrade.

Also, the breakfast personnel service were extremely friendly and warmly. Congratulations to Williams Lake Ramada's team.

After we checked in were told elevator was out of service and we had 6 flights to climb with all our luggage, vending machine was empty so had to go back down to lobby for any beverage...room next to us had a very noisy child, but front desk did ask them to keep it down which was appreciated, the overall hotel was out dated and not super clean but the price was reasonable

The staff here are wonderful. We had a king room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately the one elevator broke down. The staff took all our luggage and coolers up the stairway to our room…three floors. We walked the three floors and have been stuck in the room as we have mobility problems. Going out for dinner was off. No way we could walk up and down those steps. The telephone in the room didn’t work. A real safety concern if a medical condition happens. We are in our 80s. The office area was quite cluttered with papers etc. we would appreciate a partial refund for a room we paid $187.00 and the inconvenience we have had.

The hotel is older and needs some upgrades.

It needs to be cleaned thoroughly. There were stains on the carpet in my room and a huge spider crawling out from under the bed. The hallway carpet was dusty and needed a good clean.

The breakfast was disappointing the first time a stayed a few weeks ago. They need more selection and fresh juice and a good coffee maker. There were no herbal teas either.

For this stay there was NO hot breakfast and when we asked the reception, they said that the server was on vacation.

So what are we paying for ???

We had a personal item of value stolen from the housekeeping staff at this hotel. We had proof (tracker) to show the item at the housekeepers apartment. The manager seemed concerned and even encouraged us to report to the RCMP (which we did). The hotel made no attempt at reconciling our loss.
