Staff became sullen when we asked main doors wouldn't open automatically. We had to pull it apart by hand. Anyway we notified her and
told us it is because of the cold. It was +9 degrees. Then she became rude.

Room was booked and paid for on ******* for one of our employees. Confirmed our On file Credit Card Authorization directly with the Hotel. When employee arrived to check in he was not allowed to check in as staff member could not find authorization. We will require a full refund on this room along with written confirmation this situation will not happen again. All required paperwork and submissions for Credit card authorization was completed on our end. The breakdown in process is with the Hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, always making sure guests feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel was fine. Good location and quiet. The breakfast had a good variety but the cleanliness of the eating area was disappointing. Maybe the guests were messy? The waffle maker was greasy and didn't work very well. It needs to be replaced. The coffee was good.
