I used to stay here all the time but this trip the bathroom tap would not shut off, the wall was cracked and the blow dryer did not work. Super nice beds and great staff though.

The staff was very friendly, and helpful, the room was tidy, and clean, the breakfast buffet had a good variety of food. The price was good for a week stay.

Only thing I was disappointed in was the air conditioner packed it in during the night and then it was too hot, they gave me a different room next day and that a/c was working as soon as I got in the room then cut out with only fan on and it made it unbearable to sleep and it was too late in the day. They tried and I appreciated there efforts but I do think the A/C in both rooms were so plugged up with dust and they kept tripping so the maintenance dept. should be routinely cleaning them

Area was generally industrial so not much to see around. Just stayed overnight for a business trip.

I always stay at the quality and when I'm in Fort McMurray. They literally have the best breakfast included of most hotels with actual porcelain mugs and steel tableware and actual dinner plates. There's an attached pub to the property and the food. There is always good and the service has always been great. Parking is easy. It's conveniently located. I always stay here. The hotel is older but the beds are very comfortable and it's always clean.

The staff were so wonderful and family friendly. I travelled solo with my 8 year old and 18 month old. My daughter was having a meltdown as I was trying to check out and get my bags loaded in the car and the 4 ladies who were working immediately jumped in and picked up my daughter and tried to soothe her, while the other ladies grabbed my bags and took them to my car. The kindness and love they showed us was so incredible that I almost cried! The breakfast was really great and had a large variety of food. The housekeeper was so friendly and helpful. I will continue to stay at Quality Inn anytime I am visiting Fort McMurray and will recommend for any friends and family in the future.
