I’ve stayed in the past and had a great stay. This time around not so much. Breakfast was sub-par. Bagels toast and cereal. First night was noisy, people in and out, kids running around in the hallways at 6 am. I asked to be moved floors which staff did no problem. Second night was much better, however when I returned to the hotel at around 9 pm there was no one at the front desk. Third night was ok but in the morning random people coming to my room and calling looking for a woman. As someone who travels solo a lot this is both unsafe and concerning that anyone can walk in and go to any room they choose.

My hotel room was dirty in the bathroom and bed part. Mirror in room part was dirty and the bathroom had snot on the wall behind the toilet, there was a spot of blood on the trim behind the bathroom door frame and filth and hair along the bottom of the tub on the outside of the tub on the floor, the floor was sticky in bathroom, and the free mouthwash bottle they give you it looked like someone spit there toothpaste on it. However the lady that worked the front desk that night until 11 was fabulous she was great to me and my grandpa, she deserves a raise and a promotion.

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the property. The rooms are modest but very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall my stay was great and i would definitely stay here again

The room was outdated and had the loudest air conditioner I think I've ever heard. The area was a bit sketchy as well, lots of drunk loud people hanging around outside of the lobby.

The staff were great though, no issues there.
