I booked an accessible room because my husband is paralyzed and has only leg however the room had two queens and cannot even get to the bed as they were too close together. He could not get into the tub as it waa a regular tub not a roll in shower and could not get under the sink with his wheelchair. The pool was also closed but we were not told this upon arrival. Many other little things but these were the 2 main items

我们周五晚上到的时候，按摩浴缸不是很热，是温的。孩子们还把垃圾带进了泳池区，弄得地板上都是。除此之外，我们住的房间还不错，就是门有点难关。前台工作人员很顺利地帮我们修好了门卡。
你们给我预订了晚上10点的房间，结果酒店满房了！！！前台说他们下午4:09就通知你们满房了！！！你们收了我430美元。这到底是怎么回事？！
这些差评是给携程（Trip.Com）的，不是给Sandman酒店的。
我告诉前台我下午一点退房，但十一点后还是有人不停地来敲门。这方面需要改进。
酒店的卫生状况真是个大问题。地毯很脏，马桶有污渍。我甚至在房间的一张床上看到了一只虫子在爬。
我住得很开心，酒店很棒。
周围环境有点复杂，请留意您的车辆安全。
酒店很干净，离机场也很近。附近有不错的餐厅。
