我们周五晚上到的时候，按摩浴缸不是很热，是温的。孩子们还把垃圾带进了泳池区，弄得地板上都是。除此之外，我们住的房间还不错，就是门有点难关。前台工作人员很顺利地帮我们修好了门卡。
你们给我预订了晚上10点的房间，结果酒店满房了！！！前台说他们下午4:09就通知你们满房了！！！你们收了我430美元。这到底是怎么回事？！
这些差评是给携程（Trip.Com）的，不是给Sandman酒店的。
我告诉前台我下午一点退房，但十一点后还是有人不停地来敲门。这方面需要改进。
酒店的卫生状况真是个大问题。地毯很脏，马桶有污渍。我甚至在房间的一张床上看到了一只虫子在爬。
我住得很开心，酒店很棒。
周围环境有点复杂，请留意您的车辆安全。
酒店很干净，离机场也很近。附近有不错的餐厅。

This Sandman has recently had a facelift ... and it is now back to being "good value for the price". So we will definitely start using it again.
One star docked for the small detail; the maintenance dept needs to go through the rooms and do touch ups ...
Room needed a deeper inspection on cleaning. And our amenities were never replenished. Price was right though.
