The room was dated. Bathtub needs regrouting. But there was coffee in the room and a comfy bed!

Room not clean. Stains on the comforter which we immediately threw to corner of room. Towels smelled clean but looked like someone had changed their oil with them. Bathroom was not clean. Paint was flaking off walls. Tv was hanging crooked. If it wasn’t so late when we arrived and only staying one night, we would have left to find another place.

This property is in desperate need of refurbishment. I can’t even describe how uncomfortable the beds were and just basic upkeep around the property as lacking.

Very run down! Dried toothpaste on our sink. Beds very uncomfortable. Fortunately this was just a stop to get a few hours sleep. Sheets were clean, otherwise we probably wouldn't have stayed. Mold/mildew in bathroom. Didnt use shower . This place needs complete renovation. Not sure how they are passing their inspections.

Great stay at a great price
Zero complaints, nice clean rooms, good water pressure, very friendly and helpful front desk staff, comfortable bed with various pillow firmnesses.
Has a fridge, microwave, desk and plenty of extra seating and space. Exactly 10 miles from The Caverns concert venue with optional outside company shuttle services.
Well lit parking lot with truck parking, Pilot truck stop 1/4 away with a 24 hour Wendy's inside. Hotel itself offers vending and snacks/drinks in the lobby for sale.
Similar quality to the local competition at half the price, I've stayed at 4 hotels in this town and this one is among the best.
Well worth the price for the 2 days I have stayed. Will 100% return here. Very happy with my stay.

The greeter, Archie, was fantastic!!! The owners were friendly and accomodating. The rooms were clean but the accomodations are somwhat older and could use some upgrades, but for the price I got exactly what I was expecting. Would stay again.
