Room was fine but sound kept going off on tv not sure why. Had to turn it off and on. No toilet paper so had to ask for some in the morning. Room is nice, friendly staff.

Needs updated. Security latch missing from the door. Door off the hinge.Clean and breakfast was ok. We got locked out of our room and we had to get the key reactivated. Not the worse place but wouldn't stay again.Staff was polite but not informative.

Room was clean, however there was an odd whistling sensor type sound all night.Puzzling and disturbed my sleep. Housekeeping came around knocking asking for dirty towels before 10 am, while I was about to get into the shower. And she rudely unlocked and was going to enter the room even after I told her not yet. Good thing I had the other latch on or she and the hallway would have gotten a show. Checkout is at 11. I was not happy.

Not the best stay. It was OK. I slept on the chair, regret. Rooms dated and not that clean. Breakfast was over at 9 and we missed.

Quiet rooms,we go to bed 10 ish. Great pool, more of a business hotel than a crazy kid hotel- it seemed. Beautiful, clean pool.

Attended wedding at the fairgrounds so the hotel was perfect for our needs.

Comfort and care
Had a family emergency, which caused me to have to stay somewhere and this hotel was the right price and conveniently located. They heard about my situation and really went over backwards to make sure that I was taken care of. Definitely would recommend this hotel!

Manager dropped entire pack of napkins on the floor then proceeded to pick them up and put them on the counter in the breakfast area with the other napkins. When called out about it, she proceeded to try to justify it. After calling the customer a liar, she finally removed the napkins and threw them away. She then said if you think I'm dirty, I am also the one cooking the food. We then got up, threw out the breakfast we were eating, and left. Yuck!!! Also ants on the bathroom floor in our room.

Yes I dropped the napkins on the floor but only picked up the top ones that was not on the floor! I instantly heard your husband screaming at me and calling me dirty! I could not believe that he was so rude and instantly defended myself! There were other guests in the room that saw what happened and came to me and said I only put the handful of clean napkins back and could not believe the actions of your husband! I will try harder to walk away from scenes like this!

The stay was fine and close to family. Breakfast was very good. Front desk very good.
The room was extremely damp and musty and did not go away with AC or heat, even rotating the usage.
