The rooms are always clean, the staff if friendly, the room is comfortable. We have stayed here many times, and it is a good value for the price. We never had the breakfast, so I can't give an opinion on that.

Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and quiet room. Comfortable bed. Tub in bathroom was chipped and rusty in a couple of areas, but nothing dangerous. Everything I needed for an overnight work trip.
Diner next door was good and relatively easy to walk to, but some safety concerns (e.g., sign blocking sidewalk, beggars followed me across the parking lot).

Room was clean but worn. Beds "clunked" when you sat down on them. The smells in the hallway and common areas were terrible.
Ample parking, close to amenities.

Bedbug issue
We booked 2 rooms. The first room was great. We checked our bed for cleanliness and bedbugs. We were all good.
Our friends took the second room we booked them. They had obvious signs of bes bugs
We all left roughly 15 minutes after we checked in

卫生：普通。一层的房间无法打开窗子，非常闷。没有电梯，住二层上楼很不方便。像美国所有的宾馆一样，没有拖鞋牙刷。周围有麦当劳和几个快餐店加油站。感觉周围治安不是太好，接待处像国内银行的窗口。
房间宽敞干净，早餐也不错。
