酒店回复: As discussed over the phone after checkout, you were not charged any further. 250 refund was posted for the damage fees after discussing with manager, as the folio that was emailed over reflects, which we also confirmed with you. As for your experience with us, we apologize that it did not go as expected.Take care!

房间不错,卫生状况很好。周围有另外一家汽车旅馆。出门左拐不远处有一个肯德基。周围没有太多消费场所。跟着导航很好找,就在路边。
不推荐,房间很小,洗手间也很小,早餐一般。
再也不住这里了
凌晨三点,被停车场里的人吵醒,他们吵闹着,汽车引擎轰鸣,还有震耳欲聋的音乐,真是糟透了。停车场根本没人管,晚上谁会聚集在那里。
前台竟然让DoorDash司机上到订餐人的房间,这也太吓人了。我亲眼在大堂看到过。
就噪音而言,这是我这辈子住过的最糟糕的酒店。而且,电梯上二楼的时候摇晃得吓人。
而且,酒店需要更多人手。

第一个房间的门框被某种类似撬棍的东西撬坏了。门卡可以侧插进去把门推开。门锁被硬纸板卡住了。这还不够,窗户关不上。他们当然换了房间,但那时候我根本睡不着。我换了酒店。而且没有任何退款。

工作人员很粗鲁,我向他们反映情况时,他们也毫不在意。他们完全没有考虑到客人正在睡觉,还在门上贴了标签,警告客人不要打扰。他们威胁我,不让我接受预订,尽管我已经全额付款了。房间里的空调噪音很大,就像飞机降落在你的房间里一样。
总的来说,这家酒店糟透了。大堂干净整洁,热情好客,但房间里好几件东西都坏了,其他客人也非常粗鲁。楼上的客人到处跺脚,隔壁的客人大声放音乐,房间里的空调也坏了。
