The room was diagusting. The only positive thing was the price. There were few hotel options for a last minute stay which is why we landed here. As soon as we walked into the lobby, it was an overwhelming smell of *********. Followed by a moldy smelling room, that had dog food under edge of the bed. Bathrooms

The breakfast was terrible. Limited food and not much of it. The worst issue was was waking up the second morning and finding a bedbug crawling beside me. Took a picture and googled it to be sure. Took the bedbug to the front desk. Clerk was apologetic and said one night of our stay would be comped. That was 10 days ago. We called 3 times last week trying to speak to the manager (AJ). He was never in and never returned our call. We have not been comped for our room. Will never stay there again and advise anyone who does to watch for bedbugs!!

This place is run down, but nothing you wouldn't expect for the affordable prices, however there were 8 cockroaches crawling around the bathroom and furniture in the morning. If I had seen any in the evening when we checked in, I would have not been comfortable staying. I don't know if this was due to the door windstrip missing and they were able to crawl in from the hallway, but either way, that many cockroaches means infestation. Would be a 3 star if not for the roaches.

WAS ABLE TO GET OUR FIFTY FOOT RIG IN AND OUT EASILY AND NO PROBLEM WITH ROOM TO PARK. ALL IN ALL, A NICE PLACE.

Very happy
Very clean and quite room. The staff was very polite and helpful with directions. I was a little disappointed in the parking at night, i am handicap and had to park in the alternate lot, but hotel was full and couldn't be helped.

We picked this place because the reviews showed everyone loved the cleanliness. There were gnats all over the room and black specs on the bed. Honestly just a place to sleep and nothing more.

It was a convenient place located in between attractions we were visiting. Our window was the only one in the whole place that you couldn't see out of.

到达时，他们没有我预订的房型。
员工培训严重不足，而且很不专业。办理入住时，他们还在和另一位员工打电话。
我住的二楼，这不太理想，因为我的行李很重，而且没有电梯，也没人主动提供帮助。
室内泳池因为天花板漏水而关闭了。这很可惜，因为我就是冲着泳池才订的这家酒店。
这是我三个月旅途中住过的最贵也是最糟糕的酒店！
第一个房间闻起来有烟味。我住的是第二个房间。家具比较旧，有些布料已经磨损得完全破了。房间大部分看起来还算干净。床和床单都很干净。浴室大部分地方都很干净，只是浴缸底部有一些脏兮兮的填缝剂。浴室虽然够用，但就这个房间而言，价格似乎有点高。
