Rooms are clean, some of the staff did not understand English. Breakfast was gone before 8am. But considering options we would stay here again

Needs updates in many areas. Safety bar broken off in the tub/shower. AC didn't work properly and wouldn't adjust. No one is ever at the desk. I rang the bell to get someone to check in. No elevator but the desk clerk was helpful and carried my suitcase to the top of the stairs for me.

I checked in there for 2nd time, and theres no receptionist! we need to wait for a while before they can assist you! They need to hire more people.

I feel like they think I am lesser than them and I will never go here again I don't understand why by appearance of my daughters friends I was not only judged but asked to leave and told i would be refunded which hasn't happened yet and I don't eel like it's going to happen

Not very nice
The place was not clean when entering the lobby. The door to our room was hard to close the hinges were all loose. Room needed to be cleaned better.
