Shower had cracked grout, moldy sealant and the soap dispenser fell off the wall and on to my toe on night one. The fridge took 48hours to chill a single water bottle. Lobby felt cleans, but elevator corridor smelled like cigarettes. Staff gave me the wrong information about breakfast, causing me to miss the breakfast that I paid for. Currently fighting with the management team just to get the money back for the unused service. Good at the Waterline was good, bartender/ waiter was friendly. Night audit that checked me in acted like he’d rather be anywhere else. Some of the most lackluster hospitality service I’ve ever received. I checked out and left early.

我不得不提前一天退房回麦迪逊,因为我儿子出了事故。前台的那位先生说凯特琳(助理总经理)会在周日或周一给我打电话。但我什么消息都没收到。我付了两天的钱,却只住了一天。没有电话,也没有退款。完全没有任何沟通。

如果我能住进我预订的房间,住宿就没问题了。我预订了一间大床房,但在办理入住手续时却得到了一间大床房,而且没有房间可以换。我不知道为什么酒店认为可以从原始预订中更换房间类型是可以的。我是一名轮椅使用者,无法得到一间无障碍客房,因此大床房对我来说是第二好的选择,然后他们给我安排了双人大床房,但里面的活动空间较小。
我们在没有网络的情况下度过了两天!
由于服务员没有解决办法,他们只是给了我们一个电话号码,但没有用,卫生间的隔间没有关门!
入住很方便,房间漂亮,设施齐全。迷你冰箱很方便,可以让我们喝到冰水。没有自动售货机,但我们可以从前台区域买点水。冰场旁边的补水站也很不错。
一家漂亮而现代的酒店
由于是周末,价格大幅上涨。没有让我们知道我们住的是残疾人专用客房。
我们到达得很晚,退房也很早,在非工作时间都有人可以协助我们。
