Old and a bit down at the heels
This is clearly an old property. Some things were updated and some were not. Bathroom facilities were so-so, bed was a bit saggy, office chair in terrible shape, TV wasn't working. But it was clean, had electronic entry, sufficient outlets and USB ports. Location had lots of traffic noise. No elevator for upper floors.

This place was filthy. The actual building is run down but its not completely unexpected in a small town. But even if the place is old or doesn't have the best amenities it shoukd at least be clean. But not this place. Immediately upon entering the room, you could tell the floor was not clean, the corners had dust and bugs. The sheets wrr actually dirty with shoe marks and the towels were stained and possibly dirty. We asked the front desk to replace and she brough the sheets and clean towels for us and a while later housekeeping came and changed the sheets. But even the replacmeent towels were stained. Walls were filthy, curtain and bathroom curtain moldy. We had no other choice but to stay and request that they clean the room and we tried to sanitize with lysol. I will never stay here again.

The ac unit leaked so water on the floor, pool was out of order, staff was no where to be seen when checking in waiting 20 minutes. Walls were dingy. Room was non smoking but stank of smoke.

The rooms need simple maintenance, as does the parking areas...weeds in the crscks and crumbling facades. The employees were very friendly and helpful. However there was only one person onsite overnight. No maintenance overnight. But the price was right.
