Toilet did not flush. When reported the manager said that all the toilets were broken. Breakfast was sparse, the coffee cold. Rooms were not clean. Hallway smelled of smoke. Dirty towel in the bathroom. Food in the microwave. Tub had a ring. Roaches. We will not go back.

The staff could barely understand me. The room was pretty bad also. The toilet wouldn't flush, most of the light bulbs over the sink didn't work, there was a napkin on the floor, some bugs or crumbs (I don't know which) on the nightstand, The toilet paper holder was rusty and gross and the bed was so uncomfortable I could barely sleep.

Staff members were very nice and courteous. The television did not have access to any channels when turned on. Upon flushing the toilet it did not stop running until I lifted the lid and manually adjusted the stopping mechanism. I eliminated a total of three live roaches that I found roaming within the bathtub.

They called me to say that their system had a "glitch" and they said they would not honor my reservation. They offered me no recourse and no help in finding another room. I had to drive three hours home late a night and cancel my plans on the Mississippi river for the folksinging day. They were quite rude during the entire process.

Dumpster in parking lot. TV in our room did not work. Another couple we knew stayed in another room down the hall. Their TV also did not work. Back door latch/lock broken, so door DID NOT lock. Anyone could come and go as they pleased wether they were staying in the hotel or not. Unkempt gentleman sitting outside the back door smoking every time we entered or left the building. Carpet in room not vacuumed and questionable mold on bathroom ceiling. The room door was swollen and did not easily close and lock. Breakfast not appealing at all. Will not stay here again.
