They take a deposit on the room when you arrive and then take a fee out of that deposit before giving you back part of your money. This is a very terrible practice that I have never experienced at any other hotel.I've stayed. They say that I should have been informed when I arrived, but I was not.

Bathroom smelled like urine even after airing it out for a night. Besides that, cleanliness was fine! One of the front desk workers was an absolute gem to engage with while another basically kicked me out of the lobby and wouldn’t let me microwave my lunch.

Ok but needs some work
I generally stay at this property several times a year. The room is generally kept very clean however on this one particular day I did encounter a roach in my bathroom which is the first time I've ever seen any type of bugs. However everything else was very clean. The bed is always comfortable the air conditioner always works. The only thing that I am very displeased with regarding this property is that it claims to have breakfast included and the last three times that I have stayed there the most that I've actually been able to eat was a bagel. This last time all I got was a package of donuts that were available. In my past stays at a super 8 there's always been some type of actual breakfast type foods that can be made whether it be waffles or sausage and gravy and eggs. This property didn't even have a option for toast or cereal or anything to consume, if you're not going to offer breakfast then don't have it listed as "breakfast included", (and certainly don't mention it to your guests while they're checking in and specify the time it is served), as one of the perks for whenever you're booking it.

We apologize you had encountered a bug, but we have a pest control company that comes out consistently on a routine basis to make sure our property is to the best conditions. Our breakfast is a continental breakfast, which includes 3 types of yogurt, 2 types of fruit cups, 3 types of cereal (frosted flakes, raisin bran, froot loops), milk, coffee, 2 types of prepackaged pastry, bagel, cream cheese, orange juice, bananas, 2 types of tea, and we also include other things at times. But, the items listed previously is all things that are always consistent in our breakfast. Super 8 brand only requires us to have coffee, juice, and 1 prepackaged pastry, but we try our best to go beyond and provide more things to our guest for breakfast. We have also delt with problems of food spoilage, and to prevent that, what we currently serve (previously listed) is best to combat those problems and most guests decide to eat out that is walking distance to our property. We hope you can understand where we are coming from and we hope to see you again. Thank you and we truly appreciate you!

If it is an overnight stay it is fine. The property needed some maintenance, but nothing major. There was no breakfast that I saw, but they had coffee. The beds were comfortable.

We like staying at this Motel. Only issues were the floors were gritty and one wall lamp receptacle was dangling out. It wasn't big enough issues to worry with. We wanted time to ourselves. This facility is close enough to everything we like in Cabot.

Poor AC Unit
The biggest issue we had, was the AC. It was hot when we checked in. We turned it to 65°, and it remained hot until after 10pm. We only stayed one night, but it was it comfortably hot.

Very clean and has good accessories in the room. Bed bug covers and clean sheets. Bed was hard for my liking but overall a pleasant stay.
