Our stay was nice, stayed in a suite and was remodeled and i must say i was beyond impressed with the Breakfast area. WoW is all i can say and it was all good. There was something for everyone! Was worth the money and i will be staying again in the future

I had reservations for Saturday night and got there Saturday in a rush to get to a wedding to find out they screwed up my reservation and wouldn’t change it they still charged me for the night before when I wasn’t there. Had to pay for an extra night. The hotel has no amenities and the parking lot is terrible not worth staying there. I would highly recommend staying to a hotel that has management that is competent and cares about customers instead of scamming them. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had and I travel a lot.

It was a bit odd the parking lot was full of shipping containers. Not sure if there is a remodel going on or what. The room didn’t look like the pictures were advertising. The room felt cramped because there was a mini fridge in the middle of the room just seemed like they were in the middle of a remodel or something but nothing was disclosed upfront. It was also a bit odd because the front desk had a child laying in the back

Happy overall
It was clean and comfortable staff was very friendly helpful, our only complaint as people who smoke some bench’s out front would be really nice and helpful, my wife wound up sitting on curb and while I leaned against the car. Other than that was totally happy with this location and staff would stay there again

Microtel is the best!
Our experience at Microtel was top-notch! The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rachel was super busy this morning serving breakfast, but didn’t blink an eye when we asked her for something. And, the breakfast was delicious. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Our family will continue to come back because guests here are treated with the best hospitality ever!
