This place had high ratings but it was terrible. The check in was inconvenient. The room wasn't clean in AC unit kept moisture in the rug and every surface in the room a slip hazzard. The shower door handle was broken. The shower had 2 used bars of soap in it. I was highly disappointed.

Under renovations, above expectations
This affordable property provided several surprises. It was in the midst of renovations, and it felt as though someone had laid the carpet on the ground in front of my feet, and painted the hallways leading to the door of my room. It was clean and ready for me when I arrived. I could tell that the work was continuing elsewhere and knew that many of the rooms did not look like mine. Because of that, I had a very affordable weeks stay. Well done!

Is advertised with ev charging. I specifically chose this hotel so this would be included. There is no ev charging station on the property. Had to go to Circle k and pay for charging. False advertising! Very disappointing!

Staff was very pleasant and helpful because I needed a blanket and she went and she got one for me actually she got me two blankets very pleasant housekeeping. They were very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend your hotel to my friends that are staying in Kingsland.

The room made me very sick. I took a nap and woke up with my face swollen, could barely breath with a horrible cough.
I am VERY ALLERGIC to mold. I immediately left the room and asked for a refund. They told me I would have to ask for it through *******, even though I paid them directly.
I rented a different hotel room and asked ******* for a refund. A WEEK LATER, ******* told me they couldn’t get in contact the hotel management so I couldn’t get a refund.
So I got sick and paid double for one night because their rooms are moldy.
DO NOT STAY HERE.

I didn't like the fact that there was fee outside of what I paid through *******, after paying and booking online I was still charge 50 dollars at the property. Which was highly unusual. I felt like I was being taken advantage of.

我们选择这家酒店是因为酒店的照片、充电站和包含的早餐。抵达后，我们发现充电站不在酒店内，而是在酒店另一栋楼里，地址不同。一进酒店，潮湿的气味令人作呕。房间的清洁度也差强人意。床垫上有深色污渍，淋浴间也很脏。早餐很一般，前台告诉我们去另一栋楼。抵达后，什么都没准备好。所以我们就离开了。
