There is no "pay at check in". They charged my card in the morning. I then paid full fee for 2 nights and then that night they charged me again. I had 3 transactions for the same stay in one day. NO BREAKFAST!!!! Will not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and initially had some issues with the linens, which was a bit disappointing. However, the way management handled the situation completely changed my impression. Upon checkout, the manager, Wendy, went above and beyond to make things right — she personally offered us $30 cash for breakfast and even allowed us to choose several snacks for our road trip as a thoughtful gesture. Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but it’s how they’re handled that matters most. Because of Wendy’s excellent service and willingness to ensure we left on a positive note, I’m happy to revise my review and say I would stay here again. Thank you, Wendy, for turning our experience around!

The staff was very friendly and nice, both checking in and out. The room was clean, but sadly the entire facility is in need of remodeling. From the carpets, floors, furniture, tub, everything is very worn out. Although it was clean, everything looked in poor condition.

Our room was so large!!! Kitchen well stocked with everything you need. Beds so comfortable. Staff is friendly, professional and very helpful. EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN!!!! Will be back
