Breakfast was great and staff were friendly. Room was a little dirty. For example some one spilled a pink drink in the fridge and it wasn’t cleaned up when we checked in. Overall the hotel is dated.

Fourth time staying here. We come to Waterloo every year for the Iowa Irish Fest, and even though they are busy, they're always kind and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable

The hotel is older, and has been updated but it shows wear. The beds were comfy, the staff super friendly and helpful but it's a weird area and not the nicest setting.

We had a very nice staff member check us in and help us. She was helpful to our family of 14 get into our rooms. We had stained sheets on both beds. Regrettably, the stains were on the outside of the made bed so we spotted it right away. I dont know why any hotel would regain using stained sheets. There is no way housekeeping could not have seen the stains since there were up by the pillows.
