Room wasn’t clean. I had to get a clean comforter to put on bed. I had to wipe everything down. Bathtub wouldn’t drain and bathroom sink had no water pressure

I think this property is the worst I stayed among all Quality Inns brand. Inside my room, I found several flies, the shower faucet missing cover, breakfast is worse than all other properties I stayed in the past.

客服太糟糕了,Trip.com的客服竟然不相信我的投诉。房间里有烟味,空调/暖气坏了,床上有虫子和烧焦的痕迹。实在太差了,我根本住不下去,提前退房了。以后再也不会用Trip.com了,也会告诉我的亲朋好友都别用他们家。
