客服太糟糕了,Trip.com的客服竟然不相信我的投诉。房间里有烟味,空调/暖气坏了,床上有虫子和烧焦的痕迹。实在太差了,我根本住不下去,提前退房了。以后再也不会用Trip.com了,也会告诉我的亲朋好友都别用他们家。

让我想想……老鼠、尿液、泳池有血迹,而且关门了。垃圾、爱争论的员工、破窗、破门、门闩被扯掉,我感觉自己就像在芝加哥市中心一样。有人让我买一台偷来的iPad,门都没有锁。我睡在我的UHaul拖车里。
这个地方很荒废,条件很差,房间里有难闻的气味,而且很旧,我一点也不喜欢,我不会再为这样的地方付钱了。

很多人心怀不轨。办公桌上坐着的都是些好人。
