Staff was very nice and welcoming. The room was clean, well maintained, and had no problem staying cold once temp was set. I felt safe & had easy access to surrounding area. Could probably use a few more parking spaces, but I also checked in late and there were a few cars parking in more than one spot. Overall, amazing stay!

Did not keep hot breakfast stocked during the advertised time (not even hot water). The door to our room would not shut/latch properly. Fitness room was not clean and there were no cups to use for the water dispenser or disinfectant wipes to clean the equipment. An item in the bathroom was dusty and there was a little trash in the floor of our room. One of our keys didn’t work and we were marked as no shows even though we arrives at our pre check-in time. The lady at the counter was nice about things.

I would have given the facility 5 stars, however the indoor pool was not in service. The pool was the deciding factor in my making a reservation at this location. I wish there had been a notice online that it was not in service. There were other hotels in the vicinity I would have then chose for the location.

It sure was confusing trying to find the hotel when the main road in was shut down! Having no familiarity with the area, the “detour” route was NOT in the GPS when i arrived in the daytime and was even worse when I went out at night! Having hotels “tucked into” shopping centers is a terrible maze!
Other than that, I’m happy with the staff and my room!

We’ve stayed here before and it is still a great place. We had some issues with the TV and bathroom light this time but we just let it go. Mentioned it on check and the staff explained. If we come back this way we will stay here again.

I do apologize for the difficulty with using our smart TV and mirror - as the rest of the rooms are not equipped with those. I do see how it can cause an inconvenience, especially if it isn't something you have used before and are used to the other TV's and mirrors from the other rooms. We hope to be able to accommodate you sooner than later and appreciate you bringing your concerns to the front desk so we were able to at least give an explanation. Other than that I hope you endure safe travels and it was a pleasure to service you guys!
