Office staff very rude
So the overall room wasn’t bad but the office staff ( Kelly ) was terrible. They only gave us 3 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people for a 3 night stay and when I asked for me she was very nasty and said they didn’t have anymore. Then I actually went to the office and she found 2 more towels to give me but we very rude.

It started off bad,but ended good. I got a disabled room. And i didnt see it said smoking. Didnt even realize hotels still do smoking rooms. My daughters are older but have been asthmatic since they were both in single digits. I would not book a smoking room! It was switched around 10pm at night but it was taken care of. And i appreciate that. The room was clean, there wasnt enough towels but my youngest brought her own & they were tired. We were at the State park for the 3 day festival. Yes, we will be back.

Everything was full of stains
All the towels were stained they sheets and pillow covers all had stains there were plenty of empty rooms but they wouldn’t change my room. Horrible experience!!!

We walked into our room and it was extremely hot. No AC was going. Notified the front desk, she went to move us rooms and the other room did not have ac. She then was going to put us in a room on the bottom floor but could not because the cleaning crew advised none of the rooms with ac were clean. Very uncomfortable and not pleasant.

It had an adequate small breakfast. Unfortunately we had to be on the 2nd level and my husband uses a cane.

The bedspread had burn holes from someone’s cigarettes. You could smell cigarette smoke in the room… do I need to say more, it was bad…

Do not book this place! Before I arrived I received a check-in link and it asked me to submit my ID and Credit Card information to pay for the $20 pet fee and incidentals. When I arrived the front desk clerk demanded I give her my credit card again, I told her I checked in online and had already paid the fee. She became short and rude as she explained that it didn’t actually charge me, it just placed a hold. Completely understandable. She handed me the key to the room and it was for the 2nd floor. I asked if there was anything on the ground floor since I had also requested that during booking. She said no and also informed me that there are no elevators either. When I walked into my room I was hit with a wall of cigarette stench. A visible ashtray on the side table. I rang downstairs and told them I didn’t book a smoking room, the clerk insisted I picked a smoking room. If I now wanted a non-smoking room, I would need to pay an additional $30. I thought it was outrageous, especially since I didn’t book a smoking room. Since I booked with *******, she told me to take it up with them. ******* took zero accountability even though they confirm that I didn’t select a smoking room. They tell me the hotel will not budge & I have to pay. Only after escalating the call did they agree to cover the $30 in the form of a credit! The clerk called the owner and they were also unwilling to help even though it was midnight on Easter. I left & forfeited $80 because I couldn’t justify $50 more.

酒店回复: You did not pay twice its a pre authorization to make sure money is on card. It is not charged until you come to motel in Person. There is price difference for one queen bed to a 2 queen bed. which we did not have. Your pet fee was refunded. the 3rd party prepaid reservation.
