The room was clean and decent only issues was the telephone did not work . but I let the front desk staff know and hopefully they fix it.

Elevator was out of service and i am handicapped. It was supposed to be handicap accessible and the front desk was rude telling me i should have cancelled if i can’t walk up stairs

Person at the front desk was rude. First floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Beds were smaller the described. Room smelled like mold. No traction in tub. Fell twice

The good: the beds were comfortable and the air conditioner was not loud. The bad: elevator was broken. Bathroom door handle was hanging off the door. Ceiling tiles in the room were cracked or missing. Tumbleweeds of hair on the bathroom floor. Tub floor was pretty stained. Towel rack above the toilet was wobbly and missing rungs so we returned after dinner to all the towels having fallen into the toilet, which was a nice touch. We weren’t stepping foot in that tub shower anyway. Lots of cigarette smoking in rooms or halls because the hallways and stairwell smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. That’s tough when you have to haul your bags up three flights. Staff was ok - mostly disinterested, but at least not rude. If this place was $69, I’d look past the cleanliness for a one-night stay, but at $165 the place was much too dirty to be acceptable. First time in a Motel 6 and it was not a good first impression.

The elevator was not working and we were on the 4th floor. Clear smell of smoke in hallway. Sleeping area okay, bathroom definitely neglected.

There are other reviews that say “you get what you for.” The price of this room compared to nearby places was cheaper. There was a bed. I used it. There was a shower. That I was nervous to use and did not. Remote for TV didn’t work. Room smelled. Walls were thin.
But for the price I paid, it served its purpose.

Didn't use the laundry service. The compressor on the fridge in the room was exceptionally loud. The TV worked in the evening but did not work in the morning.
