The property wasn’t bad as I thought. The top floor rooms needs upgrading but if you are lucky to get a room on the first floor it’s better. Traveling with small babies I had to get an updated room. As much as you tell Children to crawl on floor they still will. One person that stood out well two was Hope at the front desk she was polite understanding and was able to accommodate us when I asked to switch rooms. She was very compassionate and patient. Sheryl I think that was her name in the kitchen who helped with breakfast was also very nice and willing to

Help. All in all in a lil town or city like Tarboro this property is better than the rest in the area. Unless you want to travel to Rocky Mount.

When we first checked in, the first room they gave us was nasty. When we turned the lights on, roaches were on the wall. We attempted to leave without being charged, we even took pictures and showed the front desk and all she did was move us to a cleaner room. 2nd room was better, still not the cleanest. Breakfast was average at best. Wouldn’t stay at this location again

Breakfast was minimal, would have been ok if they had real butter ☹️. Restrooms were out of order in the lobby. Good thing we didn’t have to go after breakfast!! Room was clean and comfortable. Definitely needs a new couch!

Front staff friendly. Check in was quick. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower drain ran slow, I advised front desk before leaving hotel for the day, it was fixed upon my return.

Breakfast was ok. I was leaving out quickly but I didn't see any eggs or meat. I only saw a waffle maker, variety of juices, fruits, cereals and breads.

Overall I would definitely stay again. Very clean, quiet and next to pizza hut and McDonald's along with other eateries.

Dated and needs a deep clean

The beds were comfortable, but the sheets had stains and there was dust along the baseboards, on the outlet covers, and in the corners of the bathroom. It wasn’t bad enough for me to change rooms, but I wouldn’t stay again. Breakfast was very limited.

Very welcoming and polite staff. But the rest was a disappointment. Meager breakfast. No blankets on the beds and had I to go fetch them from the front desk myself because they are short staffed. The halls and room need a serious up lift and they shouldn’t charge that much in Tarboro for a less than quality stay.

My initial contact with the representative that answered the phone before I arrived to let the hotel know I would be a late arrival, she was awesome . Check in was lack luster but i was provided a few toiletries that Id forgot at home. Elevator had sticky liquid and food on the floor, the room smelled faintly of smoke, the mirror was severely streaked and cloudy, the sheets and "comforter" were super thin, the nightstand handle was also sticky, little specks of dirty on the wall and curtains, my top covered was stained. The rooms need a very deep clean and revamp.

Nothing terrible but very dated and not as clean as it could be. There were splatters of toothpaste on the bathroom mirror from previous guests which is telling, etc; but I didn't have high expectations for the property. Just needed a place to stay for one night.
