Staff was friendly, however I wear hearing aides and read lips. When I explained that to her, she did look up while talking which helped, but talked so fast I couldn’t catch what she was saying. I just kept nodding my head and walked away when she handed me my door fob. Picked up plastic binder in my room for tv channels. There was something very sticky on the outside that got all over my hands. I took it to the sink and had to wash with soap to get it off. Just opened the drawer to put it away and whatever it was, is all over the bottom of the drawer. I’m NOT going to clean. Will leave note for cleaning employee when I check out. Medium length black hair on toilet tank. 3 large cracks on bathroom floor tile. One large crack inside bathroom sink bowl. Bathroom sink drains VERY slow. While brushing teeth it fills over half way then continues to drain extremely slow. Dresser drawer will continue to open half way. Will not stay shut unless you slam it hard.
The toilet was incredibly low which made it difficult to get on and off. The sink wouldn’t drain until the drain plug was removed however that made the drain visible and it was disgustingly nasty dirty.

I am sure for most stays the rooms are clean. The hotel wasnt bad but the air conditioning had mold on it along with a pair of contacts on top of the vent from someone else. We only stayed 1 night so it wqsnt a deal breaker for us but this coild be inproved

Staff friendly, outside patios, grills, etc nice features. Security cameras in parking lot. Welcome coffee, tea, lemonade nice.
