I absolutely love the customer service. I love the housekeepers. I loved how clean it was. Safe and quiet. If I ever have to go back to a hotel I most definitely will choose here. The housekeepers make sure your straight every single morning and that’s what you call a1 service at a hotel. I loved every single moment of staying here thank yall

Bugs don’t pay to stay—so why were they in my room
I really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare. Within minutes of settling in, I noticed bugs—and not just one. We’re talking multiple creepy crawlers that had clearly been making themselves at home. I immediately contacted the front desk, nothing was done to resolve the issue. I ended up sleeping with the lights on and left as early as I could.
Cleanliness should be the bare minimum, especially in a hotel. Until they get pest control involved and take cleanliness seriously, I won’t be returning—and I don’t recommend you stay here either.
