I got the sense that some patrons that were staying at the location at the time of my stay were sketchy, but I would not dock the property for that as they have a number of procedures and policies in place to maintain safety and service above everything.

The entire staff I met including Taquea, Jackie, and Kayena are amazing. They are always willing to go 'above and beyond' for me evertime I've stayed there while in the area.

This is the third time I have stayed there the first time the remote didn’t work for the TV, the second time the refrigerator banged all night long. This was our third time and it was for a funeral and we had to bring our three dogs so that meant we had to reserve two rooms And I think it’s a shame that it cost us over $900 total for two rooms for three people, three dogs, and to have our toilet, not be able to flush in one of the rooms and the light fixture had a plastic part all across the light it fell because it was taped on there. I will never stay there again and I can’t believe that they charged us as much as they did. I was quoted 549 not 950 never again

For a place with kitchenette, not even kitchen towels were provided, forget basic pots/pans. If you wanted, you needed to purchase for $30!! Room smelled musty/damp.

The only nice thing about the place is thar it's tucked in away from the road. Front desk isn't open till 10am, which is a problem when the room i was staying in needed maintenance - hot water in bathroom sink wouldn't turn off. The problem couldn't be fixed, was not offered a different room or discount.

Very convenient ti the base and many restaurants. I didnt like how much they charge for kitchen pots, pans, silverware making it to expense for a 3-day stay.

Limited front desk hours, hallways were dark and dirty, curtains were in bad shape, no dishes - $20 for a set. Room was clean enough, but was obviously well used.

Jaqulin at the front desk was amazing! I stayed to move in my son who will be staying for 11 weeks for an internship. Jaqulin was so helpful and kind. I feel like he is in good hands.

Staff were friendly and helpful but this place is definitely no-frills, run-down, and no amenities whatsoever. Bring your own shampoo and tissues. Walls and floors are thin. No staff onsite at all after 10pm.
