They require ID for everyone, not just the person booking the room. They wouldn't accept my wifes temporary ID along with her expired one. Wouldn't let us stay. There's nothing in the policy we could find stating that. I think its just the manager saying this and enforcing it without it being a legit policy.

First room given 303 fresh cigarette burning smell, changed to room 211. 1O0's of holes in curtains, roaches running on bathroom floor, pet urine smell on stained carpet floor, kitchen bare, not 1 single item. Beds extra firm, bathroom drains clogged, no coffee anyplace in hotel, no hair dryer, no shampoo, no tissue. Made notes in traveling spread sheet, never stay again.

The room was in need of upkeep…beds need to be replaced…shower curtain was filthy and the grout was dirty. Lamps did not work. Toilet was shaky. Remote control had no back for the batteries. Curtains did close all the way.
Just felt like I was at a hostel not hotel. If I paid $50 I would be okay but not $150.
This has put me off ever staying at this hotel or this chain ever again,

Room was dirty, a lot of trash under the beds and the tub was disgusting it’s supposed to be white but it was brown looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Services were terrible I tried to check in after I paid in advance but wouldn’t allow me to until my other guest arrived even tho it was only my name on the reservation to check in. Key cards stopped working after about an hour and wouldn’t issue new ones and there were no towels and wash rags in the room I went down to ask for more and I was told no. This isn’t a hotel it’s a motel.

The service and cleanliness was great across the board. I got the sense that some patrons that were staying at the location at the time of my stay were sketchy, but I would not dock the property for that as they have a number of procedures and policies in place to maintain safety and service above everything.

The entire staff I met including Taquea, Jackie, and Kayena are amazing. They are always willing to go 'above and beyond' for me evertime I've stayed there while in the area.

This is the third time I have stayed there the first time the remote didn’t work for the TV, the second time the refrigerator banged all night long. This was our third time and it was for a funeral and we had to bring our three dogs so that meant we had to reserve two rooms And I think it’s a shame that it cost us over $900 total for two rooms for three people, three dogs, and to have our toilet, not be able to flush in one of the rooms and the light fixture had a plastic part all across the light it fell because it was taped on there. I will never stay there again and I can’t believe that they charged us as much as they did. I was quoted 549 not 950 never again
