I would like to mention that yesterday 11/1/2025 the guy’s breakfast service was amazing he was super kind and helpful BUT today as 11/3 OMG, we were treated badly. Not only us but everyone. She was rude and denied us yugurt and orange juice even when the breakfast was until 10.

the rooms are spaceous and comfortable.had a problem with the first room,TV not working,2nd room had a little musky smell,but was ok.had again problem with the TV.screen too dark,however BRITTANY at the front desk went out of her way to fix the issue.the owner himself showed up and fixed the tv.love the pool.overall had a very nice stay.will be back.

First, they double charged me for this reservation and would not refund it. Second the room was not clean and was in poor condition. The staff was not helpful with the double charge, this hotel is a scam. The manager was supposed to contact me and I never heard from him and could never get ahold of him. Do not book a reservation here it is a scam.

Rooms smell ac needs cleaned floors dirty need shampooed beds were clean looked like people sat on them before we got there bathroom was clean plenty of towels breakfast was good staff appears tired and overworked computers at front desk were having problems we were assigned a dirty room first and had to go back to front desk to get different room overall shabby feel to the place I won't use that hotel again

This hotel is not what I expected first when u walk in there is a smell. When I came into my room even worse the smell was horrible like it had been closed for a long time my allergies went crazy from being in the room. Both bed under need were dirty. Carpet is dirty. It was just an unpleasant walking into a room that felt so dirty and had dirty bed covers just very un happy with the experience. Won’t ever come back.
