The front desk closed down around 11pm and left a note to call 0 if assistance was needed… not response to our call. We were locked out of the front door for 1 hour until a guest was leaving.

What I liked about the property was the convenience—it worked for our needs during the stay. However, I would not consider staying here again due to several frustrating issues.
We booked for three nights, but the property felt very stingy with supplies. We had to request basic kitchen items like spoons and knives, plates, and even then, we were only given one saucer pan. We never figured out how to use the stove anyhow, and surprisingly, the front desk staff didn’t know how to either.
We were provided with just two rags and four towels, even though we booked the room for four people (only three ended up staying). When we asked for extra washcloths at the front desk, we were told we had to bring the used ones down to exchange them—but we didn’t even have enough to begin with. The woman we spoke to, who seemed to be the manager, was very inconsiderate and not helpful at all.
The only positive experience was with the lady who checked us in—she was very sweet and remained helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, she’s the only reason I’m giving this property 3 stars instead of 1.

I spent all night trying to fight off the STINCH in the room. The entire Hotel STANK!! I mean REEKED of B.O!! I sprayed disinfectant that I had with me, air freshener, I sprayed the bed, the curtains, I even sprayed bleach on the floor and the odor just would not let up!
