Hot tub was out of order. Some of our towels were stained. Bed had a metal frame which was loud with every movement. Breakfast is t refilled so if you’re not there right away, there’s slim pickings. Bathroom door didn’t close all the way but suite room was huge and jacuzzi tub worked well!

extremely average hotel. bed was in a metal frame, bare lightbulbs above the sink, room had a fragrance smell that was clearly trying to overcompensate for something. vinyl flooring and mostly bare walls made for a jarring experience. but it overall seems fine, just very average and not worth the price I paid.

People were very kind- bed was very comfortable- very convenient to walk to get a sandwich or breakfast because breakfast was completely gone when we arrived for it- we’d stay again

Upon checking in, the suite I booked and payed for was not available and was put into a cheaper room. The amount I overpaid was to be refunded but never happened! My credit card was also charged incidentals which upon asking said would be refunded upon check out- this did not happen either and I called to follow up. They say they will but don’t follow through- watch out, very scary to have this place know your credit card numbers!!

The people were nice. Room was clean. It was just a feeling i had the whole time. Hallway floors were "rolling" not just the carpet but floor very old and wavy. Pool was old. Hot tub was sitting there empty. Fitness room was downstairs-felt very dungeony. Side door that should have been locked entry was broken anyone could come in. When i looked out my window there was old furnishings sitting around and you could tell they had been there a while. Next time i will just spend the extra money.

No hot water
There was no hot water in the room, that's enough for 1 star. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is the front desk person was very nice, but unable to help us. She said the hotel must need a new pump and suggested that I turn on the sink to let it run for a while before showering - really.

Hotel very dated. Certain areas really run down. Room was ok. Beds not very good. Made terrible noise getting in and out due to tin bed frame enclosure.

We got what we expected: a cheap room to sleep for a night. Hotel is a bit dingy and smelled off. Weird random fee for safe in your room? It was small so whatever, but laughable BS fee to add on. Check in took long because printer had to be fixed first for us to sign paper document. Not sure why a hotel operating in 2025 needs me to sign a physical piece of paper to check in.
