None of the electric plugs work, sheets was stained, towels was throw over bathtub, no towels, tv didn’t work at all & chair had crumbs all over it. I think they forgot to clean this room

I had to leave because the bed covers were slung around on the bed and the
sheets were wrinkled and sweaty where they had been slept in and the trash can had trash along with a pizza box and the bathroom had urine in the toilet and the toilet paper roll was empty. The tv was on and the room was dirty. I tried to call ******* because the clerk stated that since I booked through a third party that she would have to talk with them however after several attempts and 20-30 minutes wasted I was unable to get ahold of anyone. I left and stayed the night at the Hampton by Hilton which was great!!

Room wasn’t clean curtain fail when we tried to close it bathroom was nasty our friends room was worse we didn’t end up staying but they still charged us for 1 night we don’t plan on returning back need remodeling a d a better house keeping crew
