Needs to be shutdown or renovated ASAP. My experience this past weekend was horrible and I will NOT book again. Customer service is excellent, however, rooms are NOT clean, roaches everywhere, crickets everywhere, and walls are dirty, moley, and dusty. Also the microwave and fridge had severe rust and looked extremely dirty and smelled sour like it needed cleaning. Ran a bathtub full of water and the water had a dark yellow and brownish look like it was pure sewage water. Also, the room did not have an iron to iron my clothes and remotes for the tv did not work. Towels were not stocked as well.
All of this to say, I believe this hotel has potential to be great, but serious renovations are needed to ensure visitor’s experience in Greenville is a good one. Unfortunately, I feel I did not get my money’s worth. If any additional info is needed feel free to reach out to me via email.

Completely unsatisfied!!! Will not let me add pics
Was giving 3 different rooms that should have been blocked for maintenance issues. Room 1 bed not made, tub full of debris, sink had dried mucus/salva and cigarette ashes in it, floor was not sweep, counter not wiped, no towels
Room 2 must have been in the process of painting touch ups. Dressers and bed were the middle of the room away from the wall, room was not clean, a did not have face plate to properly change setting
Room 3 that I settled for because I could get a refund, needed painting, bed lamps did not work, bathroom light switch was missing, bathroom door could not close, towels were stained and dingy, cigarette ashes in corner beside toilet, room door did not seem secure, bed was loud and made a piping noise Everytime I got in or out, a leaked and had the floor wet.

Hotel from hell
This hotel was horrible the sheet where dirty the towels were dirty. The over all room was dirty. We had to literally buy our own sheet to stay here. There where people hangout in the parking lot. We would have left but everything was booked up due to the holidays.

The bed was making this loud noise every time I move, the sheets were the wrong size, they kept slipping off the bed. Mold was on my bathroom walls and the towels were worn out.

This place was definitely not worth the money. My room was absolutely disgusting. Upon walking in the room my computer chair back part was bent almost 90 degrees. The counters were not wiped off. The bathroom had hair on the walls where it looked like someone was shaving their head. There was a hole in the wall behind the bed stuffed with tissue. I will not be going there again. Only upside is the front desk employees were nice. They need a remodel and a new staff for maid services. Absolutely unacceptable.

Confirmed through the hotel's app. They didn't have the rooms available. The rooms were not together. Room 122. No towels, no lamp shades, phone didn't work, no smoke detectorx

This place was disgusting. We had to switch rooms three times due to lights not working and beds were unmade. Our third room had no shower curtain and the toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. The pool was closed. I wish I would have looked at the guest photos before staying here because it looks nothing like the photos they have posted.
