I didn’t order a handicapped room and when I got there that’s all they had I was told no other rooms available which I reserved my room many months ahead this is twice in the last month that I have been treated this way at a comfort inn I will never stay at a choice hotel again and I travel a lot sorry for this but I say the people working at the front desk have no personality for that job room was terrible in both places tubs didn’t drain sinks same room smelled like nasty smells unexpected for the money I pay I will pass this on to my friends and family to never book rooms there at choice hotels

I stayed 3 nights with my family, pictures lie, the hotel is old , it smells like mold, staff is rude, I called to get an extra blanket and new towels and they said No.

The rooms were stuffy and filled with mildew. The breakfast wasn’t topped off so there wasn’t much food left and what was left was old.
非常干净舒适。第二天的早餐也很棒🌄。下次再来威斯康星州我们还会选择住这里。
我们的房间里有很多狗/猫的毛发，工作人员不友好，晚上 10 点后我们不能留在酒店大堂。他们说这是酒店政策，但他们无法向我出示任何说明这一点的证件。不推荐这家酒店。而且早餐是免费的，但他们只是在检查你吃了多少。真的很失望
水槽里没有热水。第一天晚上浴缸滴水声很大。淋浴感觉热水有最大限制，因为从来没有超过温水。
我对房间很满意。他们确实提出让我搬家，但我所有的东西都拆开了，他们不会帮我搬家。
我也是从国外来的，所以我没有开瓶器。酒店也没有开瓶器可以借给我。杂货店就在马路对面，同一个停车场里有一家星巴克，非常方便。
我在那里的大部分时间里，热水浴缸都无法使用，而且热水不稳定 - 有两天早上我的淋浴都没有热水。除此之外，房间很干净，工作人员也很乐于助人。
酒店交通便利，停车位充足。员工友好。泳池很棒。
