Not so great stay.

Main floor rooms were awful. Smelled really musty. Ended up getting switched to the second floor. Bathrooms leave a lot to be desired. It’s like being shut in a small closet and had a pocket door. I will say the front desk staff were super nice so that was a plus.

Loved the location, lots of shopping and eating places around. There are some negatives. The bed was past firm to the hard side. The lounge chair had a board across the front that cut off circulation to the legs. The desk chair had a vast stain. The AC makes a loud grumbling noise. The bathroom vent starts to make a grinding noise after a minute or two. The back door was found propped open on a few occasions making safety and security a real concern. The smoking area is directly out the back door so that end of the building does smell like smoke. Only two towels provided for the shower. Women use two towels, one for hair one for body, so not enough towels. The conditioner bottle was empty both days. The bathroom sliding door does not latch without lots of tinkering. On the good side, the breakfast was fantastic with lots of options.

The male on staff was very nice the female was a little abrupt.

Our room was ready and we were able to get 2 rooms right next to each other. The one room needed to be vacuumed and had a very musty smell.

The breakfast was hot and ready. Not much variety.

I would recommend having a politically neutral news program on like the weather channel or local new on in the morning.

It was an affordable hotel and we got what we paid for.

Evening front desk lady was terrible. She gave attitude. always on her cellphone until someone approached the desk. Refused to let us use the laundry facilities. The morning desk employee was great. More than accommodating. Get better overnight help!!
