There were coachroaches in my room they were nvested in all of my food I was eating which was Arby's and they crawled on my bed and in the bathroom, long with a leak and i didn't know how recent it was very dark tho like it wasn't to long ago but that wasn't good and also no lock on the door and a worker walked in on me while I was asleep I woke up to it I was so confused to in e huh and.

For an overnight room wasn't bad. No Breakfast, but close restaurants and the AVL regional airport about 5 minutes down the road. Hot shower, average beds. Microwave and mini fridge.

Hotel was easy to find, close to the Ashville airport,in an industrial section, but I found restaurant's close by. Hotel room was clean and comfortable.

The location is great for visiting the airport or the WNC Agricultural center. The staff was responsive to my late arrival notifications and late checkout requests. Very interestingly, I didn't hear a lot of chatter or noise coming from other rooms until the last night I did hear some very late-night conversations from 1 couple that was loud or having a party. That's nothing bad against the facility. The BREAKFAST is the WORST thing provided by this Super 8. It really isn't breakfast. There are no coffee machines in the rooms (at least not my room). And I expected to at least be able to request an ironing board and iron. When I did so, I was told that the facility doesn't have these items and if they are not in the room then they cannot be acquired. I asked to have my room serviced each day for towel replacement. I thought the person at the front desk understood my request. He immediately asked a young lady to provide towel service that first morning. I was staying 3 nights. I expected to receive towel service that next day too, but it didn't happen. I spoke with a different person that came to clean the room as I was preparing to checkout, and if I understood his story correctly, he only services the second floor on days when people check-out. So, I gather that towel service during a visit is not normal. There were 2 face clothes, 2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, and 1 floor mat towel. I registered for 2 people. I use all of these every day - they should be changed daily!
