请不要忽视这些评论。我一到房间就检查了。就像往常一样。一切都很好,直到我看到浴缸。它太恶心了。我这辈子从来没见过那样的浴缸。当我向前台反映这件事时,他告诉我,因为我拉开了床单——我总是这样做来检查床。他拒绝给我升级房间。我说你在开玩笑吧。每个人都会检查床单、床垫,所有东西。我没有坐下,也没有躺在床上。我告诉他,你可以看出来什么时候有人在床上躺着。我再也不会住那里了。应用程序不允许我上传照片。但我有照片。我今天会联系经理。
住宿体验糟透了。到处都是蟑螂,后来我通知了管理层。他们给我换了一间新房间,但房间好像漏水了,天花板上的油漆都掉了。后来他们又给我换了一间,但一点用都没有。我要求部分退款,他们让我打电话。真是恶心。
这家酒店算不上什么奢华酒店,晚上只想睡个懒觉。大堂里没有休息室可以坐坐。房间很干净,但小厨房需要升级。酒店外部,包括停车区,都需要好好清洗一下。酒店后部至少应该有个休息区。工作人员很棒,也很热情。
酒店靠近87号州际公路,过了马里奥·库莫大桥就到了,交通很方便。
酒店本身,尤其是这里的顾客,跟我们平常在酒店遇到的顾客很不一样。房间本身也不吸引人,一点儿也不温馨。
酒店服务******房间有窃听器,我告诉前台Daquan,他有点不理我。我要求退款,他说3到5天就能收到,结果等了10天,没有退款,我得找银行帮忙。
还行,不算太好。酒店里没有洗发水和护发素。虽然是禁烟房,但还是有味道。早餐只有咖啡和松饼。没有热早餐。房间还可以。我觉得我不会再住这里了。
员工很棒。停车场感觉不安全,有尿味和霉味。房间清洁度很差,电灯开关很脏,床下和浴室里有之前住过的人的头发。冰箱外面很脏。
