It was a very clean & comfortable hotel. The complimentary breakfast was so fresh & hot (they just need some plain black tea, only offered flavored teas).

The staff was very nice and friendly. I liked how well kept the hotel was during our stay. My only issue was the lack of condiments and seating available when the occupancy of the hotel is high.

Met all expectations
Hotel was clean, inviting (staff welcomed you on each entry/re-entry and upon leaving), helpful with services around them. Room was clean and as described, roomy and quiet. Bed was comfortable, couch cushions were a bit lopsided yet still functional. Appreciated the desk/work area having a light not attached to the room lights.

Enjoyed our stay loved the breakfast, only problem was on our last night our room sink was overflowing through the night and maintainence was not available for help until the next morning. The manager claire came to help the situation but the sink continued to flood out.
从棕榈泉缆车下来，去圣迭戈的路上我们在这里中途停留。酒店地理位置很方便，步行3-5分钟就有超市和餐馆，酒店旁边也有一家餐厅。
房间环境很好，员工服务是这次住宿体验中最棒的部分。早餐也很棒。我的抱怨在于房间本身。就我们付的价格而言，床垫和床单都不舒服，而且没有我想象的那么干净，这让我很失望。床也非常不舒服。感觉像是坏了，特大床中间凹陷了。需要更换床垫。浴室也没有通风，这很令人担忧。
