The room felt HUMID very

Very very damp
Bad problem with dampness in room. All clothing was damp next morning. Towels in bathroom were damp. Have stayed before and all rooms are same dampness. Thought with remodel dampness would be fixed. Sampras in rooms is not enough. Looks like next stay will be at Best Western down the road.

I checked in with my family (two adults and four children) around 8:30 pm. We got the kids settled and went back down for our luggage. Not even thirty minutes later, as we were all laying down for bed, I received a call from the front desk saying a neighboring room had complained about noise. During that call, the young woman told me twice that “if she had to tell her supervisor to come up, he would not be so nice.”
At no point was I rude or confrontational, yet the way this was handled was both unprofessional and unacceptable. I don’t expect to be compensated, but I do feel that future guests should be aware of how poorly management treats paying customers. This was a disappointing and stressful experience, especially for families traveling with children.
I cannot recommend this hotel and hope my review helps others make an informed choice before spending their hard-earned money here

If I could give a negative number I would have! There were ants coming from the headboard all over the bed!! Was offered new sheets LOL! Then offered the room next store that was worse!! The run down place is nothing like the pictures on the booking page!! Only wanted refund for one night and they refused! Letting better business bureau know !! I have pictures And video

Ok stay charhed a early check after not being told about such policies. We asked when we called lady failed to mention this charge. Out dated pool and equipment throughout the hotel.
