Hotel needs a makeover. Getting hot water was an issue and faucets in bathroom are reversed from normal installation, right-cold, left-hot.
Tub had 6 holes patched.
The positive about this hotel is convenience to the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta even though the prices are inflated 3-4 times the normal rate.

Front desk lady was very friendly. And very helpful.
AC was pretty noisy in room but it did get pretty cold.

I don’t know whether the breakfast was healthy or not. We were there for the Albuquerque balloon fiesta and had to leave at 5:15. Breakfast normally started at six. As we were leaving, they did have breakfast put out and I wish they would have put a sign up to let us know they were going to be Putting breakfast out early. We had the added expense going in buying our family of seven breakfast somewhere.

Front desk agent not very welcoming. Door to room was open (unlatched) when I arrived. Shower tub not very clean. Room safe not operational.

我们参加完婚礼回来的时候，电梯坏了。我们住在二楼。我们本来想住一楼，但他们说那是给长期住宿的。这几乎是唯一没用的地方。不过周末这种事经常发生。
