The room was clean. The remote worked. I have worked in a hotel. You get a clean room, front desk staff that are kind and respectful.
Due to situations beyond my control, i stay in hotel rooms a lot.
Clean sheets, tv channels and a remote that actually changes the channel and turns the volume up down

The room was filthy and the hotel was severely run down. Not what I expected from a microtel based on stays at other locations. Def avoid this place

I have been coming to this property on and off for at least 3 years, depending on my work schedule/traveling demands, but I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always very friendly and helpful, and after a long day at work....I need a friendly, welcoming face. Nice clean room, and a hot shower, before I have to hit the road the next day, and do it all over. The simple things Do Matter!

Was assigned a room that someone else was in. The lock on the new room was hard to use and was door was not secure. Stains on carpet and bedding, bathroom had hair on the floor and when bathtub was first turned on sediment came out.

我们因另一家酒店的问题而入住，之前也住过这家连锁酒店的几家分店，但这次令人失望。浴室里有灰尘和霉菌，地毯没有吸过尘，放下行李时扬起了大量的灰尘。早餐简直没法吃，只好出去吃。
只能说很普通
我不推荐这家酒店。
我要求住一个安静的房间，只住一晚。我需要睡觉，但没能睡着。他们把我安排在隔壁的房间，隔壁还有孩子，从半夜到早上六点都很吵。我一直打电话到前台投诉。早上，前台来投诉，但毫无进展。我投诉的时候，经理不在，无法接听。我收到的唯一回复是“抱歉”。酒店对客人漠不关心，也没有任何可行的解决方案来确保我住得舒适。我付了钱睡了一晚，结果什么也没得到。做好心理准备吧，因为如果你投诉了，就别指望能得到解决。前台不会帮你，经理也找不到。
房间里100%都是烟味。虽然禁止吸烟，但房间里还是有股烟味，不过我不会再去了。
房间里有很浓的香烟味，我再也不会住在那里了。
