First, we were told to go to a particular room, 3rd floor. They only had one key available to create for us and told us they were out otherwise. Went up there and the key didn't work on the room. The room door was slightly ajar so we pushed on it and it was locked by the safety lock and someone was in there. Went down to fix problem. Confused look on the face of the clerk but she gave us another room and fixed the one key. Went back up to 3rd floor and this time, the new room was propped open by the safety lock. Once we were certain no one was inside, we were ok with the room but the overhead lights in the window area, the foyer area, and the overhead in the room did not work. Only bedside lamps worked. The thermostat was off and also didn't work, but the under window unit did. Slept ok. The breakfast was disgustjng. We had to leave. The juice dispenser had standing waste in the tray, trash was full, the sausage was green and the eggs were rubbery. We went onward and chalked it up to a bad experience, but not the worst we've ever had.

No towels, several gnats and a spider. Drains were open appeared broke and several outlets did not work. Hard beds. Long term residents. Go ONLY if you have to!

我不推荐这家酒店。
我要求住一个安静的房间，只住一晚。我需要睡觉，但没能睡着。他们把我安排在隔壁的房间，隔壁还有孩子，从半夜到早上六点都很吵。我一直打电话到前台投诉。早上，前台来投诉，但毫无进展。我投诉的时候，经理不在，无法接听。我收到的唯一回复是“抱歉”。酒店对客人漠不关心，也没有任何可行的解决方案来确保我住得舒适。我付了钱睡了一晚，结果什么也没得到。做好心理准备吧，因为如果你投诉了，就别指望能得到解决。前台不会帮你，经理也找不到。
我喜欢这里的位置，但我们住的那层楼非常吵，而且/或者墙壁薄得像纸一样。孩子们尖叫着，篮球在墙上和地板上弹来弹去（听起来像什么）。接待人员既不友好也不热情——感觉就像我们晚上打扰了他们似的。
房间不太好。床单感觉很潮湿，尽管空调开着，但整个房间都很潮湿。电视遥控器用胶带粘着，房间里只有两个插座，只有一半的灯亮着，走廊里弥漫着霉味。
泳池真的很脏，泳池里的浴室糟糕透了，令人作呕。水槽在地板上坏了。
酒店房间很脏，浴室里有头发留下的痕迹。再也不来这家酒店了。不值得
房间里100%都是烟味。虽然禁止吸烟，但房间里还是有股烟味，不过我不会再去了。
