The front desk lady was very nice and friendly. Our room was great. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

They had no rooms ready, we had made reservations, it was after 3:00. And it didn't look like there would be any ready soon. We cancelled and went to another hotel.

Had trouble with TV needed to move the add on box around to get a picture. The situation with the 2 remotes made it confusing.

Slightly disappointed, but very nice and clean hot
They were very friendly amd baked cookies every evening for the guests, that was great, but no room service, at least not for me. I stayed three nights, not even a clean towel or emptied trash. I didnt care for that part. Many hotels are.going that route, just let me say that when traveling, its nice to have a personal touch, like a nicely made bed.

The staff was friendly and very helpful..the room was very clean and comfortable..I had a procedure done that day in Morgantown..could not drive for 24 hours and didn’t want to drive on home to just turn around and return later that evening for the Jr Royalty Parade so instead I made reservations to stay there so that we could attend the Strawberry Festival that weekend. It was well worth the stay. Thank you Sure Stay for a well rested visit to your facility and to Buckhannon WV

Brand New Hotel, amenities are nice, beds comfortable, modern showers & TVs. Super friendly staff.
BAD internet connection. I couldn't only call or text on my phone and could not stream anything on laptop. But given location deep in WV mountains seems understandable.
