The room had been recently been painted and vinyl flooring was put in. There were no bedside lamps or lights, the bathroom fixtures were old and mold was all around the fixtures in the shower and there was a peeling top coat. Also the room and ac were very musty and the smell never left. The parking was ample ,the rooms open to the outside if that is a concern. I checked out the next morning and the hotel would not reimburse the 373.00 I had prepaid thru *******. The front desk person told me I must seek reimbursement thru ******* which I will try to do. I guess I would not recommend this hotel. The staff seemed nice and were polite.

酒店回复: We are very sorry our motel did satisfy you. We do try very hard to keep our room clean and up to date. When we learn of the little things to fix we try hard to get it done. As for no night stand lamps, we put in ceiling can lights to avoid table lamps getting broken. And as for the refund, the Desk Clerk was correct. You paid *******, ******* pays us. If there is a refund available it needs to go through *******. Have a Blessed day.

Second time staying in less than 30 days.
Breakfast was available and stocked . Front desk attendant was great and keep everything refreshed, clean and very stocked. Juice in machine was spoiled .

Not a good room

酒店回复: Sorry you had a bad experience. I don't like to use excuses, but with the summer humidity and people tracking in water from the pool it is very hard to keep the musky smell knocked out. We appreciate your review because with it we can make a change.We do hope you give us another chance to make you happy.

A bit less than average
My family and I stayed the night before our cruise in Galveston. The location is okay, but there plenty of other options. I guess I’ll say basically, you get what you pay for. This hotel is very inexpensive, but you’re not getting much at all. Our room smelled terrible. I rented 2 rooms and one of them smelled terrible (smoke). I read the reviews before I booked here and they were generally pretty positive, if not good. I’ve stayed a lot a lot of hotels and I can honestly say that I will not return here.

The room was clean but smelled very musty. The pool area was very nice but all of the lounge chairs were broken. The staff over all were very pleasant especially the older gentleman that worked in the afternoons.

We apologize for the musky smell. it is very hard to keep the musky smell out of the rooms because of all the rain and humidity in the air, plus people going swimming and tracking in the water. Please accept our apologies and know that we are working hard to turn that around. Respectfully, The Older Gentleman that works the evening shift. lol

最严重的是当我们打开房间门时迎面而来的霉味。床罩和床单上有污渍。不过房间的清洁还是可以的。早餐不能真正被描述为欧陆式早餐。餐厅也没有补充或清洁。房间里的声音非常大(冰箱、空调、楼上淋浴后不断滴到我们潮湿的房间、交通),相当不适合有睡眠问题的人。
其他服务人员非常不专业。
我们所遵循的许多积极评论对我们来说是不可理解的。
