Terrible experience all around. Horrible neighborhood. Another guest was robbed while we were there. Filthy rooms, old food stuck to surfaces. Bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. Sheets were dirty and stained. Curtains were covered in stains. The only nice looking area was the lobby which was very deceiving. The whole place smelled terrible. Some areas smelled like illegal ***** were being used indoors. Booked an accessible room due to health condition and was put on the 2nd floor with no working elevator. Language barrier with staff. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone.

The rooms are horrible. The furniture is beat up, cracked up big holes in the wall by the sockets. The elevated do not work. The breakfast is awful. They say it’s supposed to be hot, but they only had cereal cold at that. Do not waste my money.

I already filled out one survey sent to me and basically the room was not good to order. Microwave did not work well Nick's room people loud talking for after midnight till two or three in the morning, which I reported to the desk clerk the previous day, but it

Obviously in the midst of repairing and replacing things. The microwave in our room didn't rotate, the mat under the fridge prevented it from closing easily, there were holes in the bathroom wall, and when we turned on the shower it didn't fully switch from the faucet (water was coming from both faucet and showerhead), housekeeping brought fresh linens and took trash, but didn't make the beds at any point during the stay. Breakfast was small and carb-heavy (two types of cereal, bread, muffins, waffle maker, and yogurt) no good protein options or hot items besides waffles. One elevator only operated for floors one and three, and the other went to floir two but would open doors before it was level with the hall floor, making for a disconcerting tripping hazard. Both elevators were incredibly slow.

Staff was polite and helpful, so at least there's that.
