我们住的第一个房间，厕所和电话都坏了。后来我们换了个新房间。换房间之前，他们检查了浴室，结果说这个厕所坏了，结果发现那个测试的人不知道怎么冲马桶。拿房间钥匙的时候，服务员说：“在我把你的钥匙弄坏之前，你把东西收拾好！”整个入住过程，服务员的语气都很粗鲁，感觉就像我们占用了他的时间一样。新房间一股霉味。

泳池关闭了——这是我们选择这家酒店的主要原因。应该提前通知已经预订的客人……我们带着一个孩子一起旅行，他真的很失望。

总的来说，还行。设施有点陈旧，客户服务一般，早餐的培根薄得像半透明的。以后应该不会再来了。

还行，住宿还可以。

服务员试图让我再次支付预付费住宿费。我刚到的时候淋浴很脏，打扫干净后，房间里弥漫着化学药品的臭味，水很快就变冷了。

非常好的地方，非常友善的工作人员。尽管我的英语不太好，但接待处的员工很理解我们，我们吃了早餐

The waffles at breakfast were wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Parking was a bit tough though.

The room was ok clean, but had mild dew in the tub and the drain was slow. The breakfast area's floor was filthy. Every one's sneakers stuck to the floor.

An excellent hotel across the street from St. Bonaventure University, in a quiet area, and quite near good restaurants.

I checked in rather late, so the lobby and hotel were quiet . I found parking at rear of hotel the room was clean and fresh. I would stay again .

Convient to our plans for those days were there. Did not have enough disabled parking places. Only saw one in front of Hotel.
