圣克鲁斯（SC）是最美的地方，这里的人也很美。酒店也很棒。
办理入住的女士态度很差，好像根本不想让我们入住。我女儿那天正好有比赛，所以我问能不能提前入住，结果被额外收取了30美元，这种情况我以前从来没遇到过。房间脏得要命，我不得不自己去买清洁用品打扫浴室。外面的人形迹可疑，我和女儿都感觉很不安全。以后绝对不会再住这家酒店了。
房间很棒，和图片上的一模一样，空调和暖气都运转正常，工作人员还行，夜班肯定很忙，总的来说我觉得可以打9.5分（满分10分），但我老婆只给了6分。
酒店宣传有游泳池和热水浴缸，但实际上既没有游泳池也没有热水浴缸。前台服务态度很差，那地方简直就是个糟糕的酒店，我以后再也不会去那家酒店了。
我没有在酒店住宿，但我的卡上有一笔费用。我当天取消了预订，但他们让我等了 72 多个小时，因为我和丈夫在北卡罗来纳州住在另一家酒店。我要求退款，但他们拒绝了。我不推荐他们，因为他们是小偷
