The desk staff was awful, she was unfriendly and lazy. We stayed 3 days only because we couldn't cancel without losing our money. No one cleaned the room, had to ask for towels and we finally had to stop one of the cleaning staff and ask for our room to be cleaned. I would never stay or recommend this hotel

We booked a small 2 bedroom cottage and when we arrived, it was under 60 degrees with the A/C blasting even though it was 30 degrees outside that night. There is only one heat source for the whole building and it took hours to warm up enough that we could sleep. There were no top sheets on the twin beds - only one thin, worn out, scratchy blanket - and by the time we realized that, the front desk was closed (10:30pm) so we couldn’t even request additional bedding. Went to shower in the morning and there was no hot water, tried to call the front desk but the phone in the room wasn’t even connected so we had to get dressed and walk across the property to tell them. By the time they got it fixed, we were checking out. Otherwise the room and furnishings were about what we expected based on reviews and price point, definitely not fancy but it’s a place to stay and was nice the kids each had their own bed.
