This was the worst hotel I ever stepped foot in and does not deserve 1 star! I checked in and checked out the same evening. It was dirty! It smelled so bad I could not stay in the room without covering my nose with my shirt. Blood on the curtain and desk chair. What looks like to be pee marks across the bottom of the curtains. The "comforter" was a fleece blanket that looked and felt like it was in my grandmothers closet for 30 years. I have photos, I hope I get to share. I contacted Travelocity and Wyndham, sent photos and I have not heard anything back.

Property was old, poorly maintained and dirty. Only 1 hand towel and no soap. Breakfast was basically bread, cereal and a wafflemaker.

Clean room. Quiet.
Only one loose tub stopper in the room. It didnt fit tub or jacuzzi. Water drained out when trying to use it. Water was barely tepid! jacuzzi 1/3 full and water went cold. Same results in sink and shower.
Ice machine in my hall non functional. Would've had to go to the lobby for ice.
TOTALLY ******! Very disappointed as I checked in late after a long exhausting day!
DEFINITELY FEEL I GOT TAKEN FOR A BUNCH OF EXTRA MONEY 💰 SINCE IT WAS LACKING SO BADLY.
But 11pm at night not up for waiting another half hour in the lobby to see if theyd help me changing rooms.

The room was fairly clean. The bathroom area needed recaulking around the tub trim around the tub. The heat light didn't work and there was a flashing light on the overhead above mirror. All the windows in the facility were filthy as if children had been doing finger painting on them literally. The parking lot had debris all over and cars that look like they were abandoned. There were rooms that appeared to have people living in them permanently. There is garbage in bags in the hallways. For a Wyndham property this was very disappointing we didn't even trust having breakfast there the next morning.

There are too many things. Floor was so filthy my son and husbands feet were black. Outlets would not hold plugs. Screen ripped. Lights half of them did not work. Garbage cans and bathroom was filthy

工作人员冷漠又不友好,很明显他们对这家连锁酒店或生意根本不上心。
两层楼高,没有电梯。走廊里弥漫着霉味、狗味和尿味。房间里有股难闻的异味,其他客人在阳台上吸烟,烟味直接飘进了本就急需通风的房间。
很明显,图片是虚假宣传,考虑到酒店如此恶劣的状况,那些额外收费简直是毫无根据。
