the clerk was obnoxious and a pain in my rear, the room wasn't that clean and had bugs in the room i would not suggest this hotel to anyone. it sucks we finally requested a new room at 11pm they gave us a different room but the clerk was smart ass

When scheduling I requested a jetted tub and the reservations agent called the front desk to confirm availability before I made the reservation. We arrived 1 1/2 hours after checkin time but the room was still occupied by housekeeping requiring a 15 minute wait. There was no jetted tub and upon notifying the front desk I was informed we could change to a room with a jetted tub for an increased (double) charge. I felt an upgrade was appropriate, but no compensation was offered. The room phone rang 2 consecutive calls approximately 1:30 AM; at breakfast I inquired of the front desk as to the reason for the calls and was offered no explanation. Staff was very polite. The room was generally clean and had many updates but had no closet rod & the shower rod needed attention. The bedspread kept slipping off the bed during the night. Breakfast had cold selections plus toast, coffee, hot chocolate, tea. The pool was clean with a pleasant temperature but no towels available. I was promised housekeeping would bring fresh towels, but they did not arrive until we were checking out

It was worth every Penny, Cable..Wifi..Cold AC.. Comfortable Beds, Etc. Even the Drink Machine was ok. Me & My Team Loved it, The Hotel Speaker was Great !! He Took Really Good Care of Us & Can't Leave out the Breakfast ( Awesome Sauce ) From the CMS-MOVERS Team...

The suite is always awesome to get ! The hottub is great . Room was clean . Staff always helpful and friendly ! Love the fact it's also pet friendly. Was also able to check in hours early . Big thanks to staff ! Overall , Super 8 is where you wanna stay if your visting Tupelo .

Me and wife stayed at the hotel from Jan 31 to Feb 07. The guy that checked us in said the weekly rate is good for the next weeks reservation and every week there after. We wanted stay another 4 months or more. I had open heart surgery and hernia surgery. We both have lifting restrictions due doctors orders. My wife had to have hand wrist surgery. My wife hurt her hand even more dealing with moving our stuff. We were told the hotel is being rentovanted and we had to leave. The office woman didnt offer us another room to go to for same rate so we were told one thing then told another. We wasn't told about the rentovation when first got the room. Unprofessional office staff and cleaning staff. We are truck drivers our money is good. We were willing pay for another week and 15 weeks or more. We found another hotel. We will take our money every where. We got another hotel reservation some where else with better service and price.

After reading some negative reviews about this motel, I was a little leery to book. However, the price and location were unbeatable; so I gave it a shot. I'm so glad I did! It was clean and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The only minor "complaint" I have is regarding the breakfast. It was slim to say the least - cereal, toast, coffee/juice and pre packaged honey buns. If you're looking for a big gourmet breakfast, this may not be the place for you. :) But, if you're looking for an inexpensive, clean and safe place to spend the night with a light breakfast for the road, I absolutely recommend!

No lower level rooms due to renovations. ???? supposedly no smoke room smelt like smoke, with cigarette burns in bed cover rooms being renovated next to us and the workers made it difficult to get access to our room due to walkway being cluttered with all kinds of stuff. Room inside had lamp fixtures that were rusted, supposedly in a totally renovated room. Bathroom in lobby was out of order, ***? someone downstairs was using a 5 gallon propane tank to cook their dinner, right outside his hotel room.. If the room we were in, was truly completely renovated, it was a disgrace. The quality of this Super 8, will prevent my family from recommending Super 8 to any more friends or family.

Everything was just fine; I would stay here again. I'm not here to write a book on this place, but since you insist the breakfast ****** but other than that the stay was good and I would recommend. Clean restrooms and cozy bed.
