The Room had dirty water coming out of the tub and sink so I couldn’t take a bath

The room supposed to be a non-smoking room, but had cigarette burns on the sheets and the sofa
When housekeeping call themselves cleaning the room they didn’t even change the freaking SHEETS!! It had that same old sheet with the cigarette bite hole in it, I took pictures
just to prove my point!!!

The breakfast was the thing needing improvement. It is a muffin in a brown bag deal! If they had a hot breakfast bar it would really help!

Convenient location at a reasonable price. There were a couple minor issues with the room (burnt out lights, no stopper in the sink, but it suited our needs.

Disappointed
I was very disappointed in the customer service during this trip... Looking back on my trips we have overlooked little things and never complained simply because we try not to be THOSE PEOPLE... But, man sumtimes you can't overlook certain things.. so when you go to the managers respectfully and they brush you off and

Property was nice and front desk was very attentive to our needs. My only complaint was the mediocre breakfast of muffin and banana with juice and milk, all of which I’m not a fan, but thankfully there were eateries close by. To say you include breakfast, at least include a variety. Other than that our stay was decent.

The ac did not cool the room. Despite there being a room available, manager wouldn’t accommodate. They gave us a shop vac for leaking ac unit. If we would have been treated well, it would be an average review which would be reasonable for the price.

Property was very nice. This that could be improved upon is the 'contental breakfast' and the bed frames. I have not encountered a contental breakfast where the only offering was microwaveable sausage biscuits.
The bed frames were metal and very sturdy but do male poping sounds when moving around in the bed.
Over all though our stay was good and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay again but will plan other things for breakfasts.
