Card was chatged BEFORE the stay. NOT pay at property as requested. Seems at least 2 attempts made to process.
The room was good. Front desk person seemed moody.

Well the Staff could definitely be improved or at least some of them. My husband and I stayed here for a total of 9 days. We started with a 5 day reservation then added on because our home renovations were taking longer than expected. The first leg of our trip was wonderful. Nice spacious rooms, very clean, and the woman who check us in was so nice and accommodating. However after extending our stand

I've stayed here multiple times. We travel for sports and check in is always flawless as we come in late night. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Beds are not comfortable, a/c barley worked, cleaning staff and workers didn’t speak same language to understand each other, breakfast was very limited

The staff was fine it's just that I booked this hotel according to the stars/rating.. It wasn't at what I thought because the room was outdated, with stains on the bed skirt, it smelt of wet mildew. The front desk bought in a humidifier which healed a little bit. The "fresh" towels had hair on almost everyone.. This was so disappointing as I was traveling with a special needs child..
