THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS NOT FRIENDLY WHEN CHECKING IN AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE WITH GETTING ADDITIONAL LINENS (TOWELS / WASH CLOTHES). UPON ENTERING THE ROOM THE SMELL WAS THAT OF MILDEW AND FILTH. LUCKILY WE HAD FEBREZ IN THE CAR TO MASK THE ODOR. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION FOR FITURE STAYS OR TO BE A RETURNING CUSTOMER. IT SERVED ITS PURPOSE FOR THIS TRIP, BUT THETE ARE FAR BETTER ESTABLISHMENTS TO STAY AT IN THIS AREA FOR THE PRICE. ON A SCALE FROM 1 - 10 AND 10 BEING THE BEST, THIS LOCATION GETS A SOLID 2.

When we pulled up it was a bit dark, almost looked closed, really made us wonder. After checking in and getting to our room we were very happy. Big nice room, king bed was comfortable. Room was clean, no problems.

Hallways had a weird smelling odor, the staff wasn’t the friendliest, didn’t have very good water pressure and the tub didn’t drain the best. Probably would not stay here again.

Our room had stains on the curtains, peeling paint on several walls, the caulk from tub was moldy and coming off. Had a desk but no chair.
Front desk staff was not friendly nor helpful. He was the only staff i saw the whole time i was there.

Recommend looking into other hotel options in the area - management is not very accommodating, there was a room that was closed off (note on the door read out of service), room had a bad smell.

Great place, will stay there again.
It was the perfect place for what I needed. I was in town visiting family and it was perfectly located by the interstate and close to all the restaurants and shopping.

难以置信
如果工作人员友好一点就更好了。我要求延迟退房，他们竟然在11:04敲门把我叫起来。把我拖到楼下付第二笔押金，也就是100英镑。他们一直把我们当成罪犯和流浪汉。我再也不会来这里了！！！我住过很多不同的酒店，这家绝对是最差的之一！哦，对了，泳池也坏了！！！
根本没有热水浴缸，尽管他们网上说有。我们选择这家酒店的唯一原因就是为了热水浴缸。早餐完全空了。等了很久也没送来鸡蛋。
